You’ll be amazed at the multiple uses and
applications for FRP grating
(Fibreglass Reinforced
Polyester).
It’s non slip, non
corrosive, non conductive, UV stabilised
and fire retardant, and
designed to withstand all the
elements of the harsh Aussie
environment.
You'll find FRP
moulded grating to be lightweight
and easy to install, compared
to metal grating, with the bi-directional support providing
exceptional strength.

FRP
Grating is manufactured in varying
thicknesses and grid patterns depending
on the specific application or use you
have in mind, such as flooring,
platforms & walkways.
FRP grating products are
utilised by a range of industries
including mining, chemical and food
production. Both the government and the private
sector have found FRP products to be
safe, sound and extremely useful in a
diverse range
of applications.
Stocked thicknesses of
standard FRP grating include 25mm, 38mm
and 50mm, available in two grades of
resins, Isophthalic and Vinylester.
A
special feature of
Vinylester is its
higher chemical resistance, which makes
it highly suitable to industries like
food preparation.
Stocked colours are
Green/Yellow/Charcoal, and this product
is available in
a variety of sizes.

15mm FRP
grating is known for its excellent non
slip surface, and has the added
advantage of being UV stabalise,
meaning it will not deteriorate when
used outdoors or in high sunlight areas.
It's
lightweight, at only18
kgs per
sheet, it is easy to
manage and as a result has become the
preferred product for
roof walkway installers.
It does not
require any special “carrier system” to be
fixed to the roof surface which makes
installation a
fast and simple operation, saving you
both time and money.
Conforms to AS 1657 – 1992 and all OHS
minimum requirements.
The standard stocked colour is yellow,
providing
a high visibility, non reflective
contrast to the roof, for everyone's
safety.
The
13mm FRP grating with a 50mm grid
pattern (hole size) has a smooth non
gritted surface, retaining strength whilst being flexible,
meaning it will bend
but won't break.
These qualities mean the product can be used
as
either permanent and
temporary lightweight barriers for
machinery, plant equipment and general
industrial equipment.

Solid Top Grating |
 |
|
|

Solid Top grating has all the
same great properties as all FRP grating
products with the added benefit of a
flat top surface.
This gives the product another dimension in
application, which can include
applications such as non slip flooring,
hatch, duct and man hole covers, and
much more.
This product has been extensively
used in
water treatment plants and the
electricity industry – substations – due
to its non conductivity.
We also supply
a sandwich panel when there is a
requirement for a solid surface on both
top & bottom.
Stocked colour is Green but others are
available via custom order.
